High intensity DROLED UV LED lamps are used in printing industry to cure UV LED inks. They provide high quality of the print, both glossy and opaque finishing, as well as high chemical, mechanical and scratch resistance.

Ink drops transferred from the printhead to the support can be deformed or moved from their original position, even within few milliseconds. UV LED lamps are specific for the ink pinning and are positioned after the printheads, so that the ink is immediately cured and locked in its original position.

Thanks to their instant switch On/Off all DROLED UV LED lamps are used only when necessary so in the curing phase of the printing cycle, allowing a significant energy saving.

In addition, the partialized emitting window allows you to switch on/off and adjust the intensity of certain segments of the lamp, based on the required print width.
