Printed Electronics

Printed electronics is a printing process where conductive plastics/polymeric inks are printed on substrates, such as foil, paper, glass or textiles, on large areas and at low cost.

Compared to conventional electronics, these printed products offer numerous advantages: they are extremely thin, flexible and transparent. They can be used for a wide range of applications, such as consumer electronics, packaging, automotive, pharmaceutical, energy or household appliances.

Printed electronics supports are very useful and innovative solutions such as: touch sensors, flexible screens, solar cells, luminescent films and smart labels.

DROLED UV LED lamps, thanks to their characteristics, allow fast polymerization of the ink without overheating the support. In printed electronics they solve the problem of drying inks on substrates that are very sensitive to high temperatures and need also a good final result and quality.
